BodyTalk
BodyTalk is a holistic healthcare system that uses muscle testing to identify subconscious blocks or imbalances—often shaped by old patterns or “programming.” Once identified, the bodymind is supported in updating these patterns through a series of light tapping on the head, heart, and gut.
This approach is gentle and non-invasive, yet deeply effective in supporting balance within the body–mind–spirit system. Veltheim Method Lymphatic Drainage
Enjoy a deeply relaxing session in which gentle, rhythmic wave patterns are established in the body to encourage the movement of interstitial fluid, supporting optimal lymphatic system function. This subtle yet effective process helps the body’s natural detoxification pathways work more efficiently.
The benefits of this session often continue to build over the following three days and may extend for two to three weeks. As the body detoxifies naturally, clients may experience an increase in energy, reduced swelling and congestion throughout the body, decreased aches and pains, improved immune system function, and positive changes in digestion, bowel movements, skin tone and texture, and sleep quality. If the body has been holding excess interstitial fluid, some individuals may also notice gentle weight loss.

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that channels peaceful, supportive energy through the practitioner’s hands to the recipient, helping to restore balance to the body, mind, and spirit. This deeply relaxing treatment invites stress to melt away, promoting a sense of calm, clarity, and overall well-being.
Reiki sessions are primarily offered remotely via video call or phone, allowing you to receive the benefits from the comfort of your own space. In-person may be available in the Dana Point, CA area.
Herbal Formula Consult
Nature is filled with beautiful plants that can be used to help us balance. For those interested in an herbal consult, I use the knowledge from my Master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine to recommend an herbal formula (special blend of herbs). Most of the formulas will be ordered from Evergreen Herbs (About Evergreen Herbs) and will be dropshipped to you with arrival within 1-2 days.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture has been used for over 3,000 years to help balance the energetic pathways in the body. Effects can be experienced on the energetic and physical levels for an extremely wide variety of imbalances and symptoms. Each session is personalized to your current symptoms and goals. Sessions may also include electrical stimulation, fire cupping, moxa, tuina, and guasha.
Yoga
Sivananda Yoga is a traditional Hatha yoga style that emphasizes balance, breath, and mindful movement. Classes are guided step by step and include breathing exercises (pranayama), sun salutations, relaxation postures, and asanas held with awareness and intention.
These classes are suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners. Those who complete the beginner course typically gain enough understanding and confidence to maintain a personal yoga practice or feel comfortable attending a regular Sivananda Hatha yoga class.

Pilates
Pilates is a low-impact movement practice that focuses on strengthening the core, improving posture, flexibility, and overall body alignment. Through controlled, mindful movements and breath awareness, Pilates helps build balanced strength, support injury prevention, and enhance body awareness for everyday life.
